PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price. We will only refund shipping costs if the error was ours (wrong item shipped, shipping damage). Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items, unless we shipped an incorrect item(s), in which case we will refund the shipping charges.

The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request from us, and must be shipped prepaid. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost if we confirm that there was a defect in material or workmanship.

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.

All non-defective returns must be in new and resalable condition. If you do not want to exchange your product, we may charge a 20% restocking fee.

Return Authorization

All returns within 30 days from the purchase date can be for an exchange or refund. You will cover the return fee, unless we sent the wrong item. If we made a mistake, we will refund the shipping charges upon receipt and send you the correct product immediately. We will only refund amounts relative to standard shipping. Before you return anything to us, please contact our customer service department and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You will pay for the shipping and handling charges on all exchanges after the 30-day period. We reserve the right to add additional charges to cover other expenses (price increases, etc.) on all exchanges after the 30-day period.
